Since we didn’t take a group photo I made one up…. and even added a few friends.

It’s Friday morning, a couple of days following the 6.5 day EI.
'Tell me who you are' continues to reverberate and bounce off the walls of our meditation room.  I hear it echoing in my soul.

Sitting here alone I’m reminded of how much deep penetration into the MIND OF GOD there was AND IS present in this moment.  

Thank you, thank you, thank you….. a whole meal of thank you's is not enough…..tonight there will be dessert….it is baking somewhere inside….(Joseph Rubano)

Have you seen those photos of how much plastic waste and garbage there is in our oceans?  
A LOT… miles and miles floating on the surface and settling deep into the abyss…. 

It reminds me of the garbage floating in the mind that we have to clean and remove in order to see what is really there.  We may spend a few days picking up the garbage floating in our sea of consciousness and though it may seem like we didn’t make much progress….we did. Each piece that is cleared and removed helps and brings us closer to that pristine environment that we all love. 

Thought by thought,  breath by breath we clear away what is between us. 
 
Who you are does not change.  
YOU are pure and perfect. 

It is our relationship that evolves when you share the deepest parts of yourself in the spirt of honesty, understanding and transparency.  Jesus said, "If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you.  If you don not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.” (Gnostic Gospels, Elaine Pagels)

No preconceived ideas. Open or let go to what comes up in your consciousness.

Using whatever it takes to create understanding in respect to what arises.
