One of the areas we covered in the workshop was bringing the Relating Dyad Practice and principles into one's daily life. Here's a sampling of some of the 100 dyads that can be found in the book, Knowing Your Self by Yoah Wexler. The book is available from Amazon books ( http://www.amazon.com/dp/149033 ) Enlightenment

What is God? 2017 New Year Eve Enlightenment IntensiveGood Morning My Fellow Travellers on the Path of Awakening, It’s been a few days since the completion of our Enlightenment Intensive retreat and the Relating and Spiritual Consciousness workshop. I hope this email finds you in good health and uplifted spirits. The Enlightenment Intensive completion letters that I write are usually several paragraphs or more in length so in case you don’t have the time to read through let me say right at the start, “thank you.” Thank you for persisting to sojourn up the mountain top of awakening, particularly when the climb was exhausting, sleep inducing, boring, frightening, embarrassing and perhaps worse. I know that some of you may have wanted to quit and wondered …. “Why did I ever want join this motley group of crazies?” Well, I’ll leave you to answer that question as I invite you to attend the next Enlightenment Intensive that will begin on the evening of Thursday, 13 April 2017. So if you’ve read down to this paragraph, blessings and love to you and those you love. I hope you continue to cultivate the seeds of awakening and personal growth that sprouted during the our Enlightenment Intensive retreat and the Relating and Spiritual Consciousness workshop. Here’s some brief excerpts from the retreat and workshop / feedback sheets. I will include all the comments in a future posting. “I now see how the practice can continue in my daily life and look forward to bringing my openness and willingness to my circle of life.” “I gained a lot of openness from the retreat. It shook the parameters of my spiritual practice…..I’m happy I attended.” “The more I revealed and gave it life, it began to take a Life of it’s own and I felt more detached from it. There was a shift in my openness once I recognised and dissolved the feeling of ‘unsafeness.’ “The dyads were painful but helpful…..I have to work more on being and staying open: I am aware of the feeling to hide.” |
