Breathe into your belly. Relax your body. Relax your brain. Relax your thoughts. Neither chase after thoughts nor chase them away. Continue breathing into your belly. Let your body move in any way it wants to in order for it to find its place of rest.
What you are hearing now is the truth. The enlightened heart awakening truth passed along from one buddah awakened being to another ………. Passed along for generations …..
The enlightened mind of all the Buddhas of the past, the present, and the future, whether widely renowned or unknown is precisely your very own mind, which thinks of this and thinks of that.
It is your very own mind, at this very moment …… the thoughts you may have, the feelings you may feel at this very moment is the Buddah heart of your enlightened nature. Neither run away from it nor run to it.
Simply allow this unique awareness to rest vividly awake and present in its natural way.
You don't need to worry or think, 'Is this really it? Could this be enlightenment? Could this be Christ consciousness? Could this be what I have always searced for.'
Don't bother yourself with these doubts and or with these questions. Don't hope for improvement or be afraid of degeneration.
Just continue breathing into Presence. Breathe into the truth of this very moment Now, as the fulfillment of your Buddha nature.
By practicing in this extraordinarily simple way, again and again, you will definitely recognize the groundless, rootless open essence of all thoughts, appearances, and phenomena. You will come to know the Absolute Truth of Reality and of existence. You will come to know that you the pure and perfect One, just as you are.
When that happens, realization blooms naturally. All attachments, all habitual patterns, all conditioning is spontaneously liberated and released in this blossoming of realization.
I tell you that there is not a more profound and truthful instruction in all of the holy scriptures ….. there is not a more profound teaching that is taught by realized masters in any of the enlightenment traditions than this simple and profound heart advice ….. You are the fullness of the Buddha Please don't waste this. Don't squander it. Remember this teaching always. There is no mistake in it. Rely on the blessings of such a teaching.
