Concentration Drill

Purpose:

To develop your ability to concentrate on participants as conscious non-physical individuals.  It is one of the primary jobs of the master.

Instructions:

Sit opposite another or if in a group, sit in a circle.  Put your conscious attention on the other or others as non-physical individuals.   This is the KEY drill by which to gain the ability that you need as an enlightenment master.

Keep your attention on the others no matter what obstacles come up for you.  If your attention wanders, bring it back.  If you realize your attention is not on ALL the others, bring your conscious awareness back to them.

If there is more than two people doing the exercise sit in a circle. Your power of concentration is not in your eyeballs.  It is in YOU.  Only you have the power of attention.

The concentration Drill is very important because as an Enlightenment Master you have to concentrate for at least 18 hours each day putting your attention on the participants and leaving it there.

Traumas of one kind or another may come up when you begin to concentrate: you may get sick, you may get a fever, you may get frayed and nervous and many other things. All these are traumas being discharged even though you are not actually thinking about the past trauma.  As you do the drill, these traumas will reduce and finally dissolve away. They are just a distraction.   Don’t try to determine the cause of it.  As different obstacles come up, keep putting your attention on the others as nonphysical individuals, and not on the obstacles.
